The -self / -selves words. Use them when the subject and the object are the same person: I hurt myself.

Good to know
⚠ Note
English uses reflexives far less than other languages: wash, shave and dress usually take no pronoun (I wash, not I wash myself). Reflexives also add emphasis: I did it myself.
