Auxiliary: avoir
'oublier' is a regular -er verb whose stem ends in -i, so the 'nous' and 'vous' forms of the imparfait and subjonctif take a double 'i' (nous oubliions). Compound tenses use 'avoir' with the participle 'oublié'.
